The Microbrewery
Our own beer
You can see, how our Tram-beer is brewed twice a week in the middle of the restaurant with love and no chemical additives. That's why our brews are are always a delight. At our restaurant as well as at your home.
Our beer is brewed with a Salm 16 hl Micobrewery. We can brew 1'500 to 2'000 hl of beer per year. Each year, we brew about 1'000 hl.
