Office hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00h
Restaurant: Daily 10:00 - 00:30 h

Do you have an online store where I can order merchandise?

Your method of payment?

You can pay by any credit card (Visa, MasterCard etc.)

We also accept Euros (paper money only), but change will be given in Swiss francs.

How many animals live in the Bear Pits?

Currently, the only resident is Pedro.

When can you see the bears?

The bears are out in the open every day
